JSW One Homes has brought transparency and efficiency to the entire process of home construction. With their tech-enabled platform, I could monitor my home construction progress in real-time. This saved me a lot of time and energy as I did not need to visit the site to assess the progress.
We require an initial payment of 25,000 INR as a design fee. The second payment will be 5% of the estimated cost (minus the 25,000 INR you already paid). This will go towards the cost of your home’s detailed design, soil testing and guidance provided by contractor on Governemnt approval. Thereafter, the payments for construction will be done in stages. The payment schedule will be provided to you during the agreement stage.
Carpet area is the total usable area inside the house that can be covered by Carpet. The carpet area excludes the balcony and other utility areas but does include the area covered by internal walls. Built-up Area is the sum of carpet area plus the area covered by the balcony, terrace, and other utility as well. The Super built-up area is the total sum of the built-up area and space occupied by common areas like lobby, staircase, elevator, shafts, clubhouse. This is often referred to as a saleable area.

Yes, based on your requirements, we will share a list of suitable architects and contractors, along with their profiles. You can choose from any of the provided options.
The pricing of our contracts is frozen at the beginning of our projects. Hence, the prices remain stable in most of the scenarios. Only in exceptional situations where there is a sudden spike in prices due to external circumstances, the price variation is to be paid by the client with prior approval taken from clients. On the other hand, if there is a price drop, clients get a price reduction for the same.
